Flood Controls

Getting water in your basement every time it rains? Have you thought about a flood control system? There are two types of flood controls we install:
Backwater Valve:

The PREVENTER VALVE is an uniquely designed fully equipped, precision balanced, float operated system. The PREVENTER provides absolute protection against sewer back up and does it completely and automatically. The PREVENTER is a heavy gauge steel valve. It is completely galvanized and pre-treated for longevity. All parts are non-corrosive of neoprene and plexi-glass for definite and precise closing. It is designed for years of trouble-free service. All parts on the PREVENTER are interchangeable providing decades of flood protection. Unlike other valves, the PREVENTER allows normal household water and drain waters to be pumped into the flooded sewers automatically through a bypass valve system with a powerful submersible ejector pump. So, homeowners can carry on with normal household activities while their neighbors are flooding from rain.

Overhead Sewer System
One of the most effective types of flood control is the Overhead Sewer. We have installed these types of sewers in hundreds of buildings insuring against backup in heavy rains.
Please keep in mind that overhead is not feasible in all homes, but there are alternatives to remain high and dry.
